AirAsia Celebrates Red Hot Sinulog
Photos by Gelzeah Serato AirAsia painted the skies red as they hosted Red Hot Sinulog 2019 last January 20 at Cebu Business Park. Red Hot Sinulog 2019 is one of this year’s grandest Sinulog events with over 12,000 spectators. Present at the event were famous celebrity singers such as KZ Tandingan, Maja Salvador, and Autoteli that wowed the crowd with their energetic performances. Fun beats and a grand fireworks show filled the area that truly sparked the festive spirit among the concert goers!
AirAsia’s cabin crew from Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia took over the dance floor in their red uniforms accompanied by Maan Hontiveros, chairperson of the airlines, CEO Captain Dexter Comendador and commercial head Gilbert Simpao along with AirAsia Philippines’ executives. The Red Hot Sinulog party ended with fireworks display that showcased the dazzling colors of Cebu’s cultural and religious influences and AirAsia’s iconic logo.
Of the airline’s successful event, AirAsia Philippines CEO Captain Dexter Comendador said, “Filipinos, and travelers from all over the world came here in Cebu to witness a powerful expression of your faith and unique celebration of our Filipino culture.”
