Kiehl’s 2019 Ayala Center Cebu Reopening

Although having existed in Cebu City for almost 5 years, Kiehl’s Philippines proudly presented the summer-themed opening of their first “Store of the Future” branch in the Visayas on April 27, 2019, showcasing the highly curated and visually aesthetic interior of the Ayala branch, with details about the company and products being thoroughly communicated through clever product placement, customer engagement by skincare professionals, and effective visual merchandising and storytelling through art.
Personalized skincare consultations, delivered by highly trained Kiehl’s Customer Service Representatives (KCRs) are the hallmark of Kiehl’s commitment to service. Since the 1970s, KCRs wear a white lab coat – a continued celebration of the Kiehl’s authentic pharmacy heritage and skincare expertise. The brand’s most advanced, targeted line of skincare, launched in partnership between Kiehl’s chemists and a panel of world-class dermatologists, and scientific experts, is presented in a simple fixture, organized by concern, allowing the customer to quickly find the solution right for his or her unique skincare needs.
The customer has always been central to Kiehls’, as the company is dedicated to providing the most efficacious and personalized skincare solutions to everyone, everywhere as part of their “Healthy Skin Guarantee”.
